The Regulation of Car Park Facility : Seed Mingle Condominium

For the safety and good order in our parking building, please observe following rules and regulation while using our parking facility: 1. The parking building is provided exclusively for the Owners and Occupants of Condominium only.

2. The parking right for Studio and One-bedroom Type unit is 1 bay, and 2 bays for the Two-bedroom Type. All parking bays are open and not designated to any condo unit.

3. Please follow the traffic signs or instruction from the Security on duty at parking area.

4. The speed limit in The Seed Mingle Condominium area is 10 km/hr.

5. Authorized vehicle for parking must be displayed with ‘Sticker’ on the windshield and the entrance barrier will be lifted by Key-card.

6. Vehicle without ‘Sticker’ and ‘Key-card’ is not allowed to enter the parking building.

7. Vehicle without ‘Sticker’ and/or ‘Key card’ shall be regarded as ‘Visitor’ and will be requested to exchange ID card with Pass ticket.

8. Visitor vehicle referred under Clause 7 shall be subject to parking fee at the following rates:
8.1 Free parking for the first 3 hours if Pass ticket was stamped at the Office with signature of referred resident.
8.2 Parking fee will be charged after 3 hours at 50 baht / hour. Pass ticket must be stamped at the Office and certified by referred owner. Fraction of an hour shall be regarded as one full hour.
8.3 Pass ticket without stamp or not certified by signature shall be charged at 100 baht per hour.
9. If ‘Key card’ was left on the condo unit by authorized vehicle, such vehicle must firstly exchange ID with the Pass ticket and to show Key card to the Security later within 2 hours, otherwise, such vehicle shall be deemed as Visitor’s which must be complied with Visitor procedure.

10. In case the Pass sticker was missing, such vehicle will not be permitted to exit the Building unless vehicle ownership evidence is presented with a fine of 200 baht plus parking fee.

11. It is prohibited for a Security to manually lift the barrier to any vehicle abusing this Regulation, or deny paying parking fee.

12. If unit Owner or Occupant will not be convenient to certify Pass ticket for his visitor at the Office, the Management would appreciate prior information of the Visitor for necessary arrangement. All other rules shall remain for enforcement.

13. No car washing, engine tuning, or other activities in the parking area that may cause noise disturbance, dirty floor etc. The Condominium reserves its power to demand damage compensation from the violating person.

14. The Juristic Condominium regrets that it can take no responsible against loss or damage to the property either inside or outside the vehicle parked in our premises since the parking is merely provided for your convenience.

15. The Juristic Condominium retains its authority to move away any vehicle not complying with this Regulation, and will not be liable for any possible damage.

16. The Juristic Condominium reserves its right to apply wheel clamping and charge for penalty fines against vehicle violating to this Regulation and any subsequent rules thereof at the rate of 1,000 baht per incident. The Condominium shall not be responsible for any damage of loss of the property either in or outside the referred vehicle.

17. The Regulation is subject to be revised as appropriate.
